Privacy Protocol
Data Protection Architecture
Hyperoryxel employs a privacy-first architecture. Our platform requires no accounts, no registrations, and collects virtually no personal data. This protocol documents our minimal data handling procedures.
Data Footprint
The only information Hyperoryxel maintains exists solely on your device:
- Age Verification Flag: A marker confirming you've verified being 18+ to prevent repeated checks.
- Preference Settings: Configuration like audio state that persists between sessions.
This data never transmits to external servers—it remains entirely within your browser's local storage.
Local Storage Implementation
We utilize browser localStorage for preference persistence. This technology stores data on your device only, not on platform servers. You maintain complete control and can clear this data through browser settings.
External Connections
Hyperoryxel connects to Google Fonts for typography resources. This is our only external data link. We have not integrated advertising trackers, analytics beacons, or social media surveillance systems.
Security Posture
Our minimal data architecture means minimal attack surface. Since we maintain no user databases, data breaches targeting personal information aren't applicable to our platform.
Minor Protection
Hyperoryxel restricts access to users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Our age verification gate serves as the primary access filter.
User Control
You maintain complete authority over Hyperoryxel-related data:
- Clear browser localStorage to remove all stored preferences
- Use incognito mode for sessions that leave no traces
- Configure browser to reject all storage mechanisms
Protocol Updates
This Privacy Protocol may be updated as our platform evolves. Check back periodically to review current practices. Changes take effect upon publication.
